Hope you are doing well. I would like to inform you that we (Mirpur Hub) have received this parcel from Azimpur Hub. The delivery agent went to deliver this parcel, and the customer checked the parcel in front of the delivery rider and found that one product was missing. As a result, the customer returned the parcel. The delivery rider attempted to contact the merchant immediately, but the merchant was unreachable. If any issue regarding this parcel arises later, Mirpur Hub and the delivery rider will not be held responsible.
