Job Summary
We are seeking a Business System Analyst with Advanced to Expert knowledge of system analysis and processes within the Core Banking Domain. This hybrid role in NYC requires a hands-on individual proficient in Agile methodologies, including story grooming, Jira, and Confluence. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, as well as facilitating work breakdown sessions. Experience with API integration and strong SQL/query writing skills are considered valuable assets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Domain (Must Have): Core Banking Domain Knowledge with advanced to expert understanding of system analysis and processes.
- Agile Methodology (Must Have): Hands-On Agile experience, including story grooming, and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Analysis & Documentation: Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Facilitation: Ability to facilitate work breakdown sessions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills.
- Technical (Good to Have): Experience with API integration and strong skills in SQL and query writing tools.
