Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Developer with strong design and front-end development skills, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern UI/UX tools, front-end technologies, and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. This is an immediate joiner role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
• Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Ensure consistency of design across all platforms and maintain high-quality UI standards.
• Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs and maintain design integrity.
• Optimize user interfaces for speed, performance, and scalability.
Required Skills & Tools:
• Design & Prototyping Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin, Balsamiq.
• Front-End Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js (any modern framework).
• Responsive & Mobile Design: Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI.
• Version Control & Collaboration: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Confluence.
• User Testing & Analytics: Hotjar, Google Analytics, Maze, UserTesting.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or Designer with hands-on front-end implementation.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong design and front-end skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a remote EST time zone setup.
• Immediate availability to join is required.
