Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with specialized exposure to Oracle Fusion Product Hub (PDH) to serve as the primary bridge between business partners and technical development teams. This role focuses on optimizing product data management, governing the product lifecycle, and managing the end-to-end requirement process for large-scale enterprise programs. You will be responsible for grooming the product backlog, defining complex user stories in JIRA, and ensuring that data remains reliable and valid through advanced SQL-based analysis.

 

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Oracle PDH & Product Data Governance

• Lifecycle Management: Facilitate business and system process analysis within Oracle Fusion PDH and Oracle Fusion Pricing, focusing on data management and quality improvement.
• Data Reliability: Ensure data integrity and validity across product catalogs, developing process re-engineering strategies to eliminate data silos.
• SQL Analysis: Utilize SQL and Microsoft Excel for deep-dive data analysis to validate future-state proposals and system outputs.

Agile Product Ownership & Documentation

• Backlog Management: Groom and prioritize the product backlog based on shifting business requirements and organizational strategy.
• Requirement Engineering: Develop detailed user stories and clear acceptance criteria within JIRA, ensuring a common understanding between developers and stakeholders.
• Modeling & Design: Produce comprehensive analysis documentation, including sequence diagrams, business process diagrams, and use cases.

Stakeholder Leadership & UAT

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Negotiate needs and expectations among global stakeholders, leading by influence to align efforts with company strategy.
• UAT Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
• Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for end users and development teams, delivering frequent updates on program progress and results.

 

Mandatory Technical Requirements

1. Oracle Fusion Exposure: Experience or exposure to Oracle Fusion PDH and Oracle Fusion Pricing.
2. Agile Proficiency: Extensive experience with JIRA, user story development, and backlog grooming.
3. Data Skills: High proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
4. Process Modeling: Proven ability in requirement gathering and documenting complex business/system process diagrams.
5. Experience Level: 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
