- Work Mode: Remote acceptable, but must go onsite at least 1x a month. Local candidates preferred.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior QA professional with minimum 3–5 years of experience to focus on test coordination, strategy, and execution management for large-scale IT projects and programs. This is a highly process- and project management-focused role, requiring a strong QA background and strong project management skills. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, coordinating test execution across teams, facilitating the bug lifecycle, and creating test reports/metrics. Technical automation experience is not a requirement; prior experience with SAP initiatives and ADO is a significant plus.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in software projects in the Testing area.
- QA Expertise: Expertise in Software testing and best practices.
- Management Skills: Strong project management skillset is a must-have.
- Coordination: Proven experience coordinating within and across teams to manage test deliverables, execution, and the bug life cycle.
- Communication: Strong communication—written and verbal.
- Reporting: Experience with reporting and metrics, including creating test reports and dashboards.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly jump into projects to understand business processes and lead testing efforts.
- Nice to have: Experience with SAP initiatives as a Test Coordinator/Lead and ADO (Azure DevOps) experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of test strategy, test plans, and timelines across IT projects/programs.
- Coordinate the building of test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Take responsibility for facilitating and coordinating cross-team test execution.
- Coordinate and facilitate the bug life cycle (logging, assigning, retesting).
- Create test reports and dashboards to provide quality metrics and analysis.
- Partner with Automation Specialists by providing manual test scripts and data.
