Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AJO Developer for a 100% remote role to serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of AJO architecture and workflows and will be responsible for translating business requirements into complex AJO journeys, including segmentation and branching. A critical focus will be on integrating AJO with AEP Real-Time CDP and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to build real-time decisioning and message personalization. Strong familiarity with event-driven architectures and channel integrations (email, SMS, push) is mandatory.
Required Skills & Experience
- Adobe Expertise: Deep understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) architecture and workflows.
- Data Integration: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) for data and audience integration.
- Journey Implementation: Proven ability to translate business requirements into AJO journeys, including segmentation and journey branching.
- Real-Time Capabilities: Strong grasp of event-driven architectures and real-time data flows.
- Personalization: Experience with personalization logic and decisioning (e.g., rules, offers).
- Channel Integration: Familiarity with email/SMS campaign execution platforms and integrating AJO with various communication channels.
- Support: Ability to test, debug, optimize journey workflows, and provide technical support to development teams.
