Job Summary
We are seeking a PEGA Developer with 7–8 years of application development experience and a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on development in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). This is a 100% remote client-facing role requiring a Certified PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA). The candidate must have hands-on experience in Pega 7 and will be responsible for designing BPM and BRE applications. Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM) environment and willingness to work in an Offshore-Onsite model are required. Prior experience in the Banking or Healthcare Industry is a significant plus.
Required Skills & Experience
- Pega Expertise: Minimum 4+ years’ development experience in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
- Certification: Must possess Certified PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA) certification.
- Version: Hands-on experience in Pega 7 is required.
- Methodology: Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM) Software Development project lifecycle.
- Deployment: Experience with deployment and integration testing in Development and Test environments, and providing support for QA, UAT, and production.
- Collaboration: Experience or willingness to work in an Offshore-Onsite model and interact with various client managers.
- Industry (Plus): Specific experience in the Banking or Healthcare Industry will be a plus.
