Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer and Team Lead to drive the end-to-end development of high-performance, scalable applications. This role combines high-level individual contribution with technical leadership, requiring a professional who can architect robust systems while mentoring a team of junior developers. You will work within a cross-functional Agile environment, leveraging Core Java (11+), AWS, and Kafka to build event-driven microservices and modern front-end interfaces.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Team Guidance: Lead a team of junior developers, providing technical oversight, code reviews, and support to resolve complex challenges.
• Agile Orchestration: Drive development within an Agile framework, translating business requirements into technical designs and leading POC/Demo sessions at the end of each Sprint.
• Architecture Oversight: Apply advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture to ensure systems are robust and scalable.

Full Stack & Microservices Development

• Backend Architecture: Design and develop RESTful microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot, incorporating Kafka for high-throughput data ingestion and Spark for processing.
• Frontend Excellence: Build responsive user interfaces using Angular 9+, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs.
• Cloud Engineering: Execute extensive hands-on development within the AWS Cloud environment, deploying applications to internal and external cloud infrastructures.

Data & Systems Integration

• Database Management: Utilize Oracle PL/SQL and SQL to manage complex datasets and ensure efficient data persistence and retrieval.
• Distributed Systems: Implement distributed cache technologies to optimize application performance and system reliability.
• Tooling Proficiency: Work with modern developmental toolsets to maintain high-performance, high-quality code across all systems.

Mandatory Technical Requirements

1. Core Java: Expert knowledge of Java 11 or above.
2. AWS Development: Extensive hands-on experience in AWS environment is mandatory.
3. Kafka & Spark: Proven experience with Kafka ingestion and distributed data processing.
4. Spring Framework: Deep expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
5. Leadership: Proven track record of leading development teams and fostering high-performance environments.
