Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineering Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade banking applications. This hybrid role in Charlotte, NC, requires strong hands-on expertise in Java (Java 11, Spring Boot), Kafka for event-driven systems, and Angular (versions 9-12) for dynamic front-end development. The Lead will be responsible for architecting scalable microservices, guiding junior developers, enforcing best practices, and contributing to high code quality and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in full stack development.
- Backend Stack: Strong proficiency in Java (specifically Java 11) and Spring Boot.
- Messaging/Microservices: Expertise in Kafka for architecting and implementing event-driven systems.
- Frontend Stack: Strong proficiency in Angular (versions 9-12), demonstrating the ability to create dynamic and responsive web applications.
- Integration: Extensive knowledge of RESTful APIs and API Gateway.
- Architecture: Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- DevOps: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and lead end-to-end development.
