- Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with Swagger/Postman for API documentation and SQL for data mapping.
- Agile Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Visio for process mapping and Gherkin/BDD user story writing.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with core banking platforms (FIS, Fiserv, or Jack Henry).
