yes, just confirmed with City Hall. they've got meeting room 2 reserved for us under "the devil's gear" (we can change that to NHBC when we reserve for future meetings). the room will be locked, and someone at the security desk or on the alders room ought to have a key.

I have some questions for the group to help move the kit design forward.

Rachel and I are out of town this week, but we hope it's a good productive meeting.

I've got this in my calendar for tonight, but have not seen an agenda, nor even a meeting reminder. Are we meeting? Are we even ready to meet? Do we have any decisions to make, or just progress to report back on from our individual tasks? -- John

6 pm kind of slipped up on me.

I'd like to move the kit design forward (racing has already started!), but I ought to be able to lead that discussion over email.

I think John's concerns about an agenda are worthwhile, but perhaps we ought to agree on who is responsible for pulling the agenda together and when that needs to be done (eg, agenda proposal goes out one week prior to meeting, is finalized Friday prior to).
