kit ideas

Hey folks,

Christian, my brother-in-law, sent over this draft of ideas for our club kit.

We could change the name to "Bicycling" if we decide to, and he can add in sponsor logos after we've chosen a direction, but let me know what you think and if you have preferences and feedback on these options. I am pretty excited about these looks, my only feedback at this point is I think white on shorts is not a good idea.

I am a fan of jersey 1 with shorts from 2. Also kind of wonder if the red and white and red were reversed on the jersey.

Love the new designs! Personally I like option c the most. I would avoid too much white on the bibs in particular, but a little isn't bad ( rom my experience with partially white shorts). 

Im also a big fan of the logos. Particularly those surrounded by the circle (specifically the one with offset letters). All in all very cool.

Hey guys,

I was feeling inspired with the kit options that were presented to us and thought I would make some modifications since artsy things like this get me kind of excited. I did it pretty quick in paint, so it's not high quality like the first, but I just wanted to put it out there as further thoughts.

Take a look. All based on the first option provided by Dave's brother-in-law with minor variations in the color scheme.

Maybe it's the old guy in me, but to be honest I'm not very inspired by any of the designs. Obviously the kit can can always be changed, but I think we need to consider designs that would appeal to anyone who might join the club. Something about the choices put forward seem somewhat too bold to me, or maybe not neutral enough.

we need to talk about the breakaway benefit. Dave Hoyle is planning on attending. I would be okay with changing it to another day this week due to the weather and the Pres not making it. Either way I will be there.
