To whom it may Concern,

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) are currently
evaluating its coverage policy for TENS. Even though properly-
administered TENS used for chronic low back pain is generally accepted
by the FDA as safe and effective, CMS may eliminate access to TENS for
most Medicare beneficiaries suffering from chronic low back pain. If
you or any concerned patient(s) would like to sign a petition to show
support for Medicare coverage of TENS for chronic low back pain,
please visit the following website: www.TENScoverage.com. This
petition will be presented to Congress to demonstrate the number of
patients who have benefited from the use of TENS for chronic low back
pain and who are requesting that Medicare not make any changes to
existing TENS coverage policies. Your support can help to ensure that
chronic pain patients maintain TENS coverage for this painful
condition in the future.

Yours truly,
