I have worked with this athletic trainer who covers Taekwondo tournaments nationally. She is looking for an MD to cover their national Taekwondo tournament for ringside and medical "tent" coverage. The dates are below. This is a very fun opportunity with a lot of high level athletes. Also, a kick to the head is worth more points so there are some interesting opportunities to see injuries. If you are interested, let me know or her know. Her e-mail is below. I think she would be glad to have any day/any amount of time help although she is looking for MD coverage for the entire event total. If you know of anyone else, let me know. A resident or fellow would also be great as long as they are licensed to practice without supervision. I am sure she would also welcome residents and fellows that are not licensed to practice independently to help out working in a supervised role with a licensed physician.
