Does anyone have a good resource for custom and semi-custom arch supports for athletes in our area?  We have several orthotics/prosthetics companies (ie Hanger) that do a lot of orthotics, but don't seem to grasp the needs of athletes such as runners, triathletes, etc that need more than just a foot pressed into a foam box.

I use Greg Gilman, ATC, who runs our PT clinic. He also does orthotics for TCU.
