BTW, I have a question for you. Do you recommend competing athletes who have to go to altitude (6000 feet) for competition from Dallas to use baby aspirin or aspirin a few days before going? I'm talking about 18+ year olds.
Thanks for the info. I'll be sending this particular athlete to you or Shane after her sectionals. She is new to Dallas and needs a set of providers for various injuries which pop up. She is a champion ice skater. She is lovely.
