So, I find myself in Ft Worth this last weekend, and decide
to try one of the world-famous burgers at Kincaid's. I
arrived at 8:01PM on Saturday.

What the heck kind of restaurant closes at 8PM, especially
on a Friday or Saturday?

(I ended up at The Railhead. Meh.)

Kinkaid's is a grocery store that makes great hamburgers. It is not a
restaurant. It mainly serves a lunch crowd.

Okay, what kind of grocery store closes at 8PM?

I expect to be in the area again in August of 2010. I'll try to
get there a little earlier.

It is not a super market. It is a 60 yr old store catering to a 75 year
old neighborhood.
Enjoy your burger

Yeah, yeah. Still: harumph!

I probably wouldn't have been so tweaked had The Railhead not
run out of ribs by the time I got there.

> Enjoy your burger

I hope to.

Why do you come to Fort Worth only once per year?
