Hey neighbors! I'm getting my air ducts cleaned with Sam Ales, and he's offering a great deal if we can gather 3 houses for the same day - either Tomorrow or Wednesday.
Since he'll be doing all 3 houses at once, he'll save on fuel and pass the savings on to us!
I've used him before (last month for my parent's house) and he's reliable.
