As a designated campus security authority (CSA), I am required to report to the appropriate UT office/official if I receive information of a crime as defined by the Clery Act. In addition, Texas State Law requires all UT Austin employees (both faculty and staff) to promptly report any knowledge of any incidents of sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating violence, or stalking "committed by or against a person who was a student enrolled at or an employee of the institution at the time of the incident.
