Subject: 2023 Dallas ISD STEM EXPO ~ Saturday, February 4, 2023 ~ 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. ~ Exhibitor Information Form
Importance: High

Good afternoon,

It's that time of the year again! We are working hard to host our annual Dallas ISD STEM EXPO face-to-face this school year.

In order to support the district’s vision of becoming a premier urban school district and the goal of providing quality co-curricular and extracurricular opportunities for students. The Dallas ISD STEM Department partners with various community organizations by providing year-round STEM-related activities and opportunities that focus on STEM careers and coursework.

The Dallas ISD STEM EXPO, formerly STEM Day is one of the major activities that our department provides. Our STEM EXPO is an all-day culminating event that focuses on STEM-related careers and coursework.  Participants (of all age groups) engage in hands-on and interactive sessions (provided by local colleges and universities, museums, engineering organizations, and STEM-focused organizations).  The Dallas ISD STEM EXPO will also include the district’s STEM competitions, showcases, and exhibits from students within Dallas ISD.

We are seeking community partners to participate as exhibitorssponsors, and volunteers at the 2023 Dallas ISD STEM EXPO on Saturday, February 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Please note: We are currently seeking board approval of the STEM EXPO's location on Thursday, October 27th.  If approved, the STEM EXPO will be held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Our department will move quickly with the planning of our EXPO and will need specific details/information from our potential exhibitors for proper planning.

We will provide additional details if the location is not approved to all exhibitors that complete the form below.

If interested in participating as an exhibitor for 2023 Dallas ISD STEM EXPO, please complete the form below:
