Dear Educators,

Join us! Our application deadline for the Summer 2025 Teacher Professional
Development workshops is quickly approaching! Apply by Wednesday February 12th
to be fully considered for a summer workshop.

This Summer, we will be offering three workshops:
Galaxies and Cosmology, grades 8-12, June 17-20
Astronomy Basics, grades K-8, June 30-July 3

Observatory and view the night sky through telescopes located both at the
Visitors Center and at the summit.  Educators will receive up to 20 CPE hours.

If accepted, there is a $100 fee for the 2025 summer workshops, all other
workshop expenses including meals and lodging during the workshop are covered
by gifts and educational endowments to McDonald Observatory. Participants are
responsible for the expense of travel to McDonald Observatory.

All the best,
