I think I finally found a trip to use my 80,000 AA miles on!!!
Don’t know who has been keeping up with the boards lately but here is the latest from a family friend of Massa’s…
Well folks these are the latest:
Felipe was out of the bed and walking around yesterday!
Today he was talking to a few of our friends on the ground in Hungary, he is
out of the Intensive Care Unit and recovering very well, in a regular bedroom
at the hospital neuro trauma unit.
He was given the brief of the race and qualy by Dr. Dino Altman, and he was
surprised by Kimi finishing second, when he heard that Lewis had won he
immediately replied:
"That race would have been mine!"
Dino told him he finished 10th in the grid probably because he only had 1 lap
in the session, Felipe corrected him and told him "I had two..."
The competitive spirit is back, he already asked about the European GP but of
course he won't be back in time for that.
He can see very well from his left eye and everything is normal at this time.
I would like to thank all of you that have been so kind to Felipe, I can tell
you all that the family really appreciates all of your support.
