Monaco GP watching party

[Hollywood]

looks like Speed-TV will be showing the race at 7:30AM, and a replay
at 5:30PM on sunday may 24th.
is there going to be a watching party? if so where

Champps couldn't take us for Spain...(Mothers Day) brunch...so we went to the Londoner on Midway...and it was great...good food and beer....the bartender who said he is there almost all the time said he opens early for some English Football games...and he could open for us as well....we would just need to let him know...and if people will commit so he won't come in at 7:00 for nothing...let us know what the consensus is and someone can contact him...I think Tele is going to be out of town....

 

he probably needs a few days notice....

on another note.....having had some experience in things automotive....having worked at a Exxon station way back in 1971....I have applied for Team Manager for Ferrari....and Luca has responded and said he may be contacting me soon...........

I am up at the Londoner couple times a week to watch United play, I
have also put together some big parties there. I can talk to the
owner, and help set something up. they have a big screen TV set up in
a room on the right side, and I think there is also one up stairs. or
we can just set up in the bar area like last time.

if you guys want to do it at the londoner at 7:30, I will talk to
them, maybe someone can come up with a quick flyer that we can pin up,
cause no doubt there are plenty of F1 fans that hang out up there on a
regular basis.

No problem, I was up there yesterday for happy hour, tossing around
the idea, and they are going to be open for football, but Manchester
does not play untill 10 so it should be ok. I did get creative and

I have been talking to the Londoner, with out an early football match,
me not able to guarantee them a sizable F1 crowd at 6:30 in the
morning, I am not sure it would be in their interest to open up for
us. I talked to a few other people who said they would love to come,
just not at 6:30 in the morning. So I decided to set the watching
party for the replay at 4:30pm at the Londoner.

I hope I didn't let any die hard F1 fans down.
