Project Manager (Level III)Plano, TX10 Month ContractDescription:This is a Process Designer position in the Mortgage Fulfillment space. The process designer is the one getting the work done. They understand the business process, in current state and understand the future to implement the changes. All of these projects are as a result of Dodd as it impacts mortgage lending. All projects will involve process change within the mortgage fulfillment organization, which will affect 4,000 production workers. It will impact their process, and impact their systems on a day to day basis. The designers will be involved with development and redesign of the processes, and communication of system change to the 4,000 people including necessary training. Risk assessment and risk mitigation of all of the above. The individuals will not actually execute the training, but will draft materials and work directly with training to execute. Some of the requirements gathering is underway, so some of this will be defined. The assigned project will be highly visible within the organization. Communication will be required to all levels of the org, from production line workers to executives. Six Sigma process management skills are valuable. Data analysis using Excel is required. The ability to analyze data and present concise conclusions to a wide variety of audiences is required. Process diagramming using Visio is required. Use of case analysis using tables, diagrams and/or narratives is required.
Accountable for the development, improvement and execution of processes in support of objectives within or across lines of business. Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements. Works closely with the business executive or deployment champions. May be Belt or Black Belt certified.
Looking for someone with strong leadership and communication skills. Good persuasive skills. Able to define the problems that have to be solved and recommend the solution.

Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of mortgage fulfillment process design. Process design in the financial industry also considered. Process design skills with six sigma. Additionally, several years mortgage/banking/financial experience preferred. Process and System change design and implementation for large scale (2000+ organizations). Risk analysis, control reporting, continuous improvement routines. Creation and review of Business Requirements. Creation of status reports. Creation of problem/solution summaries.
