Hello Everyone-
 
I have had a number of people ask for this document so I wanted to make sure everyone in our group received a generic template that can be tailored to meet each of your needs during the face-to-face interview.
 
Please let me know if there are any questions, or if there is anything else that I can help with.

A colleague of mine, Gary Beggs of Abba Staffing is trying to locate an individual who has expertise with outbound sales.  The position is to consult with a company to help them increase the close rate on their outbound telesales. 
 
The individual needs to have demonstrated expertise in this area to be considered.  Please contact Gary at the above email if you have the specific expertise or know someone who does.
 
Secondarily, I will post my presentation on First Call Resolution strategies shortly.  I want to thank everyone for the interesting discussion we had on the topic on Monday.   Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have technology-related questions.

My contract through APR Consulting Inc. recently ended with Verizon Wholesales Group as a Product Manager.

A little about me: I have 14+ years of experience in call center environments, as a highly experienced Customer Relationship Management and trainer role within the customer contact center. I feel this skill set translates well to a call center manager or supervisor role, I feel a great deal of supervising is to coach and mentor and continuously train my team to help them to be successful. I am also skilled in planning and impementation of marketing programs or projects that support a product or group of products in term of company objectives for sales volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisition, retention and/or satisfaction.
