Hi All,

I have started a new job as a Director of 3 call centers and two vendor sites.

I have an opening for a call center manager of a 100 agent technical site in Allen.

In a nutshell the requirements are strong technical aptitude and skills, previous experience leading a site as the manager, and a background of driving sales.

Here's my copy of my updated resume that you requested. I went on the company site to apply but the position wasnt there. I have all the experince you are looking for. Over 30 years of telcom working in diffent departments(call center, Tech, customer service, sales, operations, staff support). looking forward to hearing back from you about the position.
