Job Opportunity - Team Manager & Operations Manager

Hi All,
I am expanding our operation with Smart Start and need 2 Team Managers to fill Sales and Customer Service positions due to our continuing growth.
Additionally, I am seeking a stronger Call Center Operations Manager who can run the Day-to-Day operation. This needs to be someone with serious experience.
The sales position will lead our sales team of about 20 agents with support from another manager.
The Customer Service position will lead a team of 20 with another manager. This teal is less about sales however that is an important part of their job as well.
Because of our growth, I am also adding a QA specialist in 2016 so if there is anyone who knows of someone seeking this kind of position please let me know.
Team Manager salary with monthly performance sales bonus is expected to be around $55 - 60k.
