Technical Support Agents Needed

Hi All,

I am working for a broadband/phone company who is hiring technical support agents for their site in Allen. They need to have good general technical skills or at least a strong aptitude. This is a technical support with some sales position so I need agents who are comfortable doing some up-selling for services that compliment the customer's needs.
