Good Morning All,

Smart Start is growing.

I am looking for two Team Managers to fill rolls in our call center.

The sales manager should have direct and strong call center sales experience and a super personality.

The customer service superior could have a little less experience but a solid work history. This position would grow into a Team Manager position in 6-12 months.

I am trying to work out a finders fee of $300 for any candidate hired. So there is that. :-)

If you know of anyone who might qualify for these roles please let me know.

Additionally, I am entertaining adding an operations manager at a more senior level, so if I were to find just the right person with great experience, a super personality, with sales and service call center experience, than that is a real possibility.
