Someone forwarded me this posting and would like to forward to some colleagues who might be interested but need a little more information.
Q1 - What is the size of the call center?
Q2 - The salary would suggest this is more a Team Manager position that would not be leading an entire center. More of an entry/mid-level position with less experience and less leadership/operations skills required. A member of a larger team perhaps led by a Director. Is that right?
Q3 - If a Team Manager position, what is the size of that team and what are the types of calls (inbound, outbound, customer service, sales, tech…).
