John,

Thanks for the time today!  Best of luck in your future ventures and don’t be a stranger.

Customer Service Operations Manager

Call center (inbound/service driven)
QA Group
Mail Room
Accounts Receivable

My client is a Dallas-based insurance carrier, experience in that arena is a plus but not required.  They are seeking someone with a 360-degree understanding of service operations in a business services environment (anything will work, prefer some sort of intangible, financial service driven company/product), who has built a call center operation previously, and who could walk in and do it again successfully.  Reports direct to CIO; this group has doubled revenue over the last eight years and needs someone interested in overseeing this for the long term.  Would love a degree but not a deal breaker, probably will pay $80-100K with plenty of room to grow, take on more.  Great position for someone who does not plan to leave Dallas.  Client is pretty central.

All the best,

BV
