Hello Everyone,
A while back I inquired if anyone knew of someone who would be a great fit for a Sales Team Manager and I got a couple of responses. Thanks for that.
I have decided to upgrade the position, for the right person.
I need a seasoned sales team manager with a proven track record for driving sales of a team of about 20 agents.
Must be very outgoing, motivating, grounded in strong sales fundamentals, and have the ability to drive strong results.
This is not an entry level position and is a very hands on as this person is expected to run all aspects of the team and their performance.
Base salary is $45-60k, with monthly and annual performance incentives that could reach $100k. Someone who comes in and really puts in a strong effort should expect $75-$85k during 2014, and quite possibly more.
Work week hours should be expected to be 50+, as this will be necessary to deliver the results we need.
All regular benefits of a medium to large company are standard. Very family friendly company that has experienced YOY growth of 15-30% over the past 10 years.
This is a great opportunity for a great person. It is a poor opportunity for a good - average performing person.
