Team Manager needed

Hi All,

Hope all is well and everyone is off to a great start in 2014.

I have a need for a Team Manager for a call center for a Grapevine company.

The position would be overseeing two teams, one a technical support team, and the other a sales and service team.

Combined the teams have about 22-25 agents and are supported by two supervisors and a lead.

Total center size is 60 agents and leadership team members.

I need someone who has a strong technical aptitude and a strong sales drive, and has demonstrated experience in driving these kinds of teams and metrics successfully.

Salary is open, but I expect this position will pay around $45K plus incentive bonus.

This is better than an entry level type of position but is going to demand hands on management and agent development on a daily basis. I need someone who can really make it happen and deliver strong sales results.

The company is really strong and has been growing 10-15% year over year for the last 10 years. They just moved into a new building and the space is really nice.

FYI - I need about 10 great generally entry level call center agents as well, starting at $13.00 an hour.

Q to all - What is the going rate for entry level agents?

Has anyone used an agency to help identify and recruit agents?

Yes. I do want a few mid-day 4-5 hours M-F agents to meet our peak demand periods.

I was, formerly, part of this group in 2008 and 2009, but unsuccessful,
and eventually took my retirement.
I have a solid call-center background with CSC and more recently, Hilton
Worldwide Reservations from home.
I do not have the technical knowledge to be able to support a client,
but very solid customer service/sales experience.
Although retired, I would like to work 15-20 hours a week in a
progressive and exciting environment. Your hours might work perfect for me.

a retirement PT job using my career experience and skills, only.

I have attached my resume for your review. I look forward to
discussing the PT possibility with you.
As I mentioned, I am now retired but still would like to stay in the
customer service environment in a part time capacity.
I would hope that my career experience and work ethics would be of
interest to the right company.
And, know that I understand if I do not match the Team requirements
for this position.
