Global Day of Code Retreat 2014

Hey all,

I know it has been a while since I made it to one of the meetings, but wanted to stop by and announce that I have just registered to have the DFW metroplex host a Code Retreat as part of the Global Day of Code Retreat 2014.

It is a day of practice, focused on honing our skills, where we spend a day pairing and TDD'ing on Conway's Game of Life in 45 minute sessions while focusing on clean maintainable software, and then throw the code away at the end of the session.

I have attended two in previous years, and helped to co-organize and host one out here a couple of years ago as part of the Global Day of Code Retreat.
