Hey guys, the list is set to hold your first post for moderation.
After your first post is approved, you can post all you want without
moderation. That is supposed to really help keep the spam down.

Ok, anyone that wants to be part of the org can send me their github
username and I'll add you. I don't think there is any way to automate
that.
