IMP - CONVOCATION - REFUND INFO

Dear Sir,
Hope the letter finds you at the best of your body, mind and spirit. I would like to draw your kind attention towards the below mentioned points on behalf of the DFT batch 2008-12, NIFT, Kannur.
A. As per regular practice the convocation ceremony should take place at H/O i.e. New Delhi. As per informal information from college staffs this time it is supposed to be at the respective centers. Sir would like to request you to confirm the date and place of convocation this time so that we can book our tickets and make necessary arrangements for the convocation. Also would like to request you to make it happen in Kannur itself as we are much more comfortable and interested at our own centre with limited resources rather than going for any other place.
B. Secondly would like to request you to help us getting the information regarding the refunds that we are going to get from college. As per Mahadevan Sir’s mail dated 05.10.2012, it is clearly mentioned that he will be responsible for all the refund and remittance amounts. But no where he has mentioned about the clear break up for our batch (DFT – 2008-12). Thus would like to request you to provide us the right break up along with the issued cheque. As per our understanding NO DUES form is clear for all DFT 2008-12. In case some amount is due from any one of us, please let us know.
Sir, as we do not have contact information for the concerned authorities, request you to take up the matter with the concerned authorities and let us know.
