Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Barefoot Academy of Governance are pleased to announce the launch of their 2nd Batch of the PG Diploma Programme in `Facilitating Governance Reform' - a one-year, distance learning course. The course is especially designed to help people to work with communities, local bodies and governance institutions to bring about more transparent, accountable, responsive and responsible governance, sustainable development and democracy.
