UNDP India is implementing a project on Integrated Model for Grievance Redressal and Access to Justice with the support of the UNDP Global Innovation Facility. The initiative is aimed at ensuring decentralized, prompt, responsive and transparent grievance redressal mechanisms in select states. Building on lessons & technology solutions developed in previous pilots, this project will bring these key Departments together and ensure synergy amongst their initiatives to roll-out an effective grievance redressal mechanism for poor and marginalized communities. This will include provision of one-stop platform for grievance registration and tracking by beneficiaries, skill building exercises for stakeholders on grievance redressal and community empowerment campaigns on rights and entitlements.

 

UNDP India invites applications for the post of Project Manager to support both UNDP and its technical partners in effectively piloting and testing out the grievance redressal mechanism selected as part of this initiative, alongwith close monitoring and reporting of the results of the initiative.
