@happylife1996: the demon 1990 he appears a few times most not doing to much but one story arc of that comic series is referenced within the sandman aka etrigan taking over hell. Etrigan gets a hold of the crown of horns and bullies the other hell lord's when he approaches Lucifer. Lucifer freely gives himself up but later breaks his chains easily as etrigan disappoints him then he takes a blast of heat breathe from amped etrigan and peaces again calling him a disappointment. As for the things within the sandman being well known fair enough I just thought perhaps it might be nice as this is the same version who did those things. And by those things I mean the statement of Morpheus famously calling him the 2nd strongest being in creation.lucifer also makes this statement. Lucifer also makes the statement of being beyond all those in hell and you could also point it out that he booted them all out with many not actually wanting to leave. Then there's his statement to remiel about being able to erase him though I guess ur right those are mostly statements
