I'm very intrigued by the idea behind Dexter and would like eventually
to use it as an alternative to hand-coding XSLT. I've read the
documentation over several times and read the docster.html source
code, and I'm still not understanding parts of how Dexter is meant to
work.

Ideally, I would like to see additional data and source document
pairs, but anything that will execute will help me understand how
Dexter works. Thanks!

I appreciate your comments. I know the documentation is a mess and I
am in the process of rewriting much of it as I have had quite a few
similar complaints. Largely, the docs are too high level and don't
focus on the (really quite simple) practical mechanics. I also need
to provide a richer example set.

Your best bet to get a general feel, look at docster.html and view
it's source.. this is used to generate the documentation stylesheet;
it makes references to the data structures used by index.xml,
dexter-user-guide.xml, etc...

If you have any questions to help you get on the path, please feel
free. I'm still very excited by dexter and I am more than happy to
spread the word.
