I have reworked the code internally to implement proper namespace
support. This gave me the opportunity to clean up the way modules
were defined.. So far I have seen no evidence of regression, but
since the changes when taken together add up to a significant delta, I
have put this version on an alpha footing.
The documentation is still a little mashed; it does not fully reflect
the transition away from the primitive 'prefix' towards proper
namespaces and it still does a poor job of telling the newbie what the
heck this thing is supposed to do.
I still have one significant detail to attend to before I make a
public release of this: In order for dexter-defined attributes to be
properly ensconced in their own name spaces, I need to define an XSD
for each module which will allow that.
I already have created what a candidate, but it is not yet tested; I
would appreciate feedback from those of you who are more knowledgeable
about XSD than I.

None of this has been updated on Google Code... I want to have my XSD
story worked out first. The latest, unreleased package may be found
