Hi everyone,
In the development file (dev.hipnc), I have added the 4th gene which controls the material for the whole column of sunshades. Currently, there are 3 changeable materials for the sunshades. When I work on the evaluation file (eval_lux), the materials for the walls and window are fixed so I use radiance-material-attribute node to assign materials to them respectively. As for the sunshades, I did not use the radiance-material-attribute node at all as I have already assigned the material in the development file. This seemds to cause a problem to the radiance grid analysis node. It says some python error.

I have attached an image of the error file. My working file is an executable file, so I cant send through gmail. I sent to your respective email instead.

Hi zengyuan

If this problem only appears when the 4th gene is added, then it would
be likely to be the problem of the 4th gene.
Did you check if you keyed in the material names correctly? I have a
previously similar problem, when i didnt key in the correct name.
Another way is to check if you have linked the nodes correctly
together, go under the details tabs to check if the radiance
information is assigned correctly.
