parameters in 'edit parameter interface'

hi,

I would like to know if we can make the parameter in the 'edit
parameter interface', say 'an integer', duplicate itself, according to
the no. of primitives in a group. I have created a group called
'panels' which has only panel primitives. i would like as many
parameters (genes) as the no. of panel prim in that group. It must
actually duplicate an initial parameter (gene) set to our requirement,
so that i can save a lot of time while handling some 500-750 panels.

How to do this? help me guys
