Hello from rainy San Francisco!

Since we haven't said hello in a while, us here at DevToaster thought
we'd send out a small update regarding Rev.

Rev and Rev Lite have both been updated to version 1.5. The Rev Lite
update has been approved by Apple (and is available on the App Store
right now), and hopefully Rev will be approved shortly. We're always
subject to Apple's whims on these kinds of things.

So what's new in 1.5?

A great new feature: Support for emissions-related readiness monitors!
This feature can be found within the Engine Codes panel.

Other bug fixes and enhancements include:
- Greatly improved support for several vehicles, particularly later-
model ones.
- Previous Multi-Metric Logger configuration now saved for later.
- Engine code reader now updates regularly when active.
- Graphs no longer come back empty after long runs.
- Higher limits for the RPM gauge.
- List of available metrics changes dynamically with OBD status.
- Fixes to accelerometer 3-axis calibration
- Fixes to metric conversion and fuel consumption calculation

We want to express our sincerest thanks to our user community. You
have been very active about providing feedback to us about your
experiences with Rev and the direction you'd like to see it go. The
enthusiasm has been great. The new readiness monitors feature, as well
as some of the smaller enhancements, came directly from user requests
-- and we have lots more planned from your e-mails and feedback!

On that note, we're asking all subscribers to our mailing list
(whether or not you currently use Rev!) to fill out a small
*anonymous* survey about Rev. If you could take ten minutes of your
time, we would really appreciate the feedback -- and it will help
create a better product for everyone. The survey is located here:

If you have enjoyed your experiences with Rev, we also ask that you
support our development and log on to the App Store and leave a review
about Rev. You can write a review by going to the Rev page on the App
Store and clicking "Write a Review". The direct URL for writing a
review is:

If you haven't enjoyed your experience, then make sure we hear about
it! We'll do what we can to make it right.

We are planning another big update shortly, so stay tuned! As usual,
if you have any questions or feedback, we encourage you to e-mail us
directly at foun...@devtoaster.com. If you've e-mailed us before, you
know we'll reply personally -- if you haven't yet, we'd love to hear
from you.

Regards,
