Lately My Ox from Openbuilds using the Tinyg and Chilipeppr to run it has been stopping in the middle of cuts and the way I start from the middle of the design I can't recover the cut and finish the part, the material is ruined. I'd like any help with how to cut from a set point that I can go back to and recover the job and any idea why it's stopping. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

You can go back to a point by holding the shift key over the 3D viewer and it tries to find what line you're hovering over. Then you can "go to" that line and restart the Gcode from there.

Make sure when you do this that all of your other commands are still operating correctly like spindle speed, coolant, etc, because those lines of Gcode don't get re-run. So be cautious.

Awesome! Thank you for the info, wish I knew a long time ago. Any idea why it’s stopping?

When you watch the queue, are all the lines of the Gcode file uploading? How many lines is your Gcode file? I did find that sometimes on my TinyG it would stop and I never knew why, but I always thought that was older firmware. What version firmware?

I’m sure it’s very old, are you familiar with Thomas Shue and his video on YT about the TinyG and chilipeppr? That was my machine he was setting up. How do I upload new firmware?

Thank you so much?

How do I check my current firmware and change it if it's old? Thank you.

At a tinyG command prompt, issuing the command string $sys will yield a short list of system parameters.
Or, issuing $fb will return the Firmware Build.
Issuing a $$ command will list all parameters (See https://github.com/synthetos/TinyG/wiki/TinyG-Command-Line)
Anything less than 440.20 would be considered old.

There were some test builds beyond 440.20, but that is the most recent, albeit dated, master build.

If you need to update, the guide can be found in the tinyG wiki at https://github.com/synthetos/TinyG/wiki/TinyG-Updating-Firmware
