I'm currently building an integration between ServiceNow and Target process to create users and user stories.  Creating records is pretty simple, my issue now is to get updates in TargetProcess to post back into ServiceNow.  Is this possible?

The flow to follow is this:
  • User requests a piece of work via ServiceNow portal
  • Work is approved and task is created in ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow task triggers the creation of a User Story in TargetProcess
  • Users update and manage user story in TargetProcess
    • TargetProcess State change triggers an update to ServiceNow
    • TargetProcess Assignment change triggers an update to ServiceNow
    • TargetProcess Comment triggers an update to ServiceNow
  • When a task is completed, update should resolve/close the task in ServiceNow
Is this feasible?

Again, sorry fro what may be a newbie question.

Thanks

Hi Iain,

You can push updates from Targetprocess to a custom URL using Webhooks.

Hope this helps,
Julia.
