hi, can i get a MOSFET.py file?

i'm a student in korea. my professor recommend devsim for simulation software and now i'm training this for using fluently. in that process, i realize that i need to do with MOSFET sample. can i get a MOSFET.py file? please help me.

Hi:

There is a sample file for MOSFET. Please check the folder "examples/mobility" of Devsim . 

In my experience, you can expand the channel length to optimize it.
