error while installation

I installed anaconda(python), I then installed all the necessary lib - sqtile,mkl,numpy,zlib

Then i set the PYTHONPATH to the devsim/lib directory but still while importing devsim from anaconda prompt i am getting error   :

 DLL load failed while importing devsim_py3: The specified module could not be found.

please help!!

Please make sure you have installed these packages as well:

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019
https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads

x86 (32 bit): https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/VC_redist.x86.exe
x64 (64 bit): https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/VC_redist.x64.exe

where the selection of 32 bit or 64 bit matches your platform.
