New iPad schedule app

Just in time, Apple approved our iPad schedule app for Devoxx 2012: "Touch of Devoxx".

@Stephan: is it still possible to add the app on the official Devoxx mobile clients page? See below for screenshots.

Description:

This no-nonsense, no-frills app offers the following features:
- Both schedule and presentation info are cached locally. If network connection is down or slow, you can still view the schedule, as well as presentation info that you viewed before.
- Pull to refresh any cached content.
- Mark your favorite sessions.
- All sessions in a time slot on your screen at the same time.
- Dark color scheme for use during sessions.
- Tweet speakers directly from the app.
