Additional Speaker (but unregistred yet)

Hello,

I will be presenting "Connect ALM tools thanks to the Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration specification" in the Tool in Action on Nov 12th. In order to propose a smooth presentation, I really need my colleague (Dimitri Durieux) to co-present. He will actually perform actions while I speak. Unfortunately, he did not register yet and the registration process seems closed/sold out now.

How can we go about it to sort this out?
